As the Stimulus Plan makes its way to the President's desk and our country is in a state of economic crisis, I have brought to light a topic of conversation to share with my clients.  There are three areas of our economy that have suffered the least amount of damage:  food industry, health care & IT/technical.  I know we have seen so many job cuts and although we are not as supreme as other countries in this area, we are still a technologically advanced country.   We eat, we need healthcare and we have come to depend on technology for so many things in our everyday lives and that includes computers.

I do find that some clients are viewing IT support as a want and not a need.  It has become a commodity and not a necessity.  If it breaks, rob Paul to fix Peter or shove it in the corner and hope to repair it when the economy gets better.  We can understand that.  I'm in the process of moving.  Things that were once spend thrift are now scale backs, but what I can't afford to cut back on are the things that run my livelihood or take care of my family.  My computer has almost become like a food necessity for my business and for my son's education.

Another thing that arises during the times of recession is an increase in viruses.  My only justification for that is an increase in unemployment and too many people with too much time on their hands to spend creating such nuisances.  This happened a few years ago too.  Simple maintenance and protection would help reduce this.  It reduces downtime and less downtime prevents a drop in time and money.  Note that I said, "reduce".  Viruses are coming out right now faster than anti-virus programs are catching them.  However, those clients that are being pro-active with their computer "healthcare" are suffering less downtime than those that don't.

All Communications, Inc. is doing everything we can to work with our clients to be that food source and health care provider for your information technology needs.  It has become the very air in which we survive upon these days.  We offer programs for server and crucial computer system monitoring.  We also provide routine computer cleanings and anti-virus/spyware, cleanup programs and many more opportunities for you to keep your systems running.  We are not just a one and two computer repair center.  We take care of industries with five servers or more and at least thirty-five workstations and we monitor their health status nightly and every morning.    However, the one and two computer businesses are equally just important.

Clients have already seen in just the first week of our company offering our maintenance programs how effective it was.  More money was saved by our clients through the maintenance programs than by putting it off.   Are you really saving money for your business by not maintaining your systems?

See my next article regarding computer maintenance.  It may be just what your company needs.

Food, healthcare... and technology.  They go hand in hand.  Don't forget to take care of your computer systems.  All Communications is there for you.  Call us now.

As always, we take care of your computer systems, so you can do what you do best:   Take care of your business.
